Alfalfa Weevil Larvae May Be Pyrethroid Resistant!.. Now What?

It seems like every year, there is a new resistance issue for you to watch out for. This spring I got a call that started off like this:
“WHAT INSECTICIDE CAN I USE TO STOP ALFALFA WEEVIL LARVAE THAT ARE PYRETHROID RESISTANT?”
It was the first I had heard about this problem!
