Please fill out the form below to submit your application to bring your antique tractor to Field Day. Applying does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to review. Expect a phone call confirming your application has been received within 1-2 business days. If you have not received a confirmation within that time frame, feel free to reach out directly to to make sure your submission was received. Applicants will be selected and contacted after June 15th.


Check-In: 8am – 3pm on Wednesday, July 27th
*Tractors will be scheduled for check-in and placement throughout the day.

Check-Out: 4pm – 7pm on Thursday, July 28th

Loading and Unloading: If special requirements are needed to load and unload your tractor, please contact us to make sure these accommodations can be met.

Signage: You are responsible for any and all signage you would like to have on your tractor. If you do have signage, it is limited to the owner’s name and the tractor make and model. Signs can be removed at Ag PhD’s discretion without warning.
