For Jarrett Antle, 22, of Newton, Iowa, this process was unexpectedly accelerated. Like many others who end up running a family operation, Jarrett got his start by falling in love with farm life at a young age, enjoying the fact that he could hang out with his family while they worked. He fondly recalls tagging along with his father, Bob, and grandfather, Wes, when he was as young as the age of four.
