Commodity Classic is one of the most exciting crop farmer events each year, featuring a large trade show, great educational sessions, the chance to visit with great farmers from across the country, and much more. Darren and I have attended and participated in this event for years, and we encourage you to consider joining us this year March 3 – 5 in New Orleans.
Darren and I will be in our Ag PhD booth at Commodity Classic quite a bit that Thursday, Friday, and early Saturday morning. We invite you to join us as we host the Ag PhD Radio Show in our booth on Friday (Noon to 1 pm). We speak on the main stage from 10:15 am to 11:15 am on Saturday, March 5. I know you are busy and travel costs something, but there are a few events each year we believe are well worth the time and money as an investment in your operation. If you pick up even a couple of things, you’ve likely more than paid for your trip.
Personally, one of the things I really like at Commodity Classic each year is listening to the sessions where yield champions in various crops talk about the things they are doing in their operations. Better yet, I often get the chance to visit with these people after their sessions to ask questions, and you can, too.
The other thing I like the most is talking to many of the leaders in agriculture. The top people in many of the big companies are there. There are broadcasters, politicians, trade industry leaders, and many others who have tremendous influence in agriculture.
We encourage you to check out www.commodityclassic.com to learn more. We hope to see you in New Orleans in March!
